*Update 5-3-24* -  If you missed the information sessions regarding the Stormwater Enterprise Fund, we would like to provide you with the presentation that was given and will also be given at the Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. *Update 4-26-2024* - The Town of Millbury will hold two information sessions regarding the Stormwater Enterprise Fund on:

  • Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Millbury Public Library and
  • Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Millbury Senior Center

In May of 2020, the Town passed enabling legislation allowing the Town to establish a stormwater enterprise fund. The Town is now looking to put forth a stormwater budget for the public’s approval at Town Meeting on May 7, 2024. (See the Warrant for details) The stormwater budget would be funded through stormwater fees collected from individual property owners. Attached are some frequently asked questions and key terms to ensure our community is informed about stormwater financing in Millbury.
